『아세토 코르사 컴페티치오네』 버추얼 프리뷰 쇼케이스 

「GT eSports with SRO Motorsports Group & Pro Sportscar Icons」

㈜디지털터치(대표 정성헌, www.digital-touch.co.kr)는 한국어를 지원하는 궁극의 레이싱 시뮬레이션 게임 『아세토 코르사 컴페티치오네(ASSETTO CORSA COMPETIZIONE)』의 버추얼 프리뷰 쇼케이스 「GT eSports with SRO Motorsports Group & Pro Sportscar Icons」를 한국시간 기준 2020년 6월 17일 오전 00:00부터 시작한다고 밝혔다. 본 작품의 PC판은 Steam을 통해 절찬 발매 중이며, PlayStation®4판은 6월 23일 정식 발매될 예정이다.

『아세토 코르사 컴페티치오네』의 퍼블리셔 505 GAMES 및 개발사 Kunos Simulazioni는 ESA (Entertainment Software Association) 및 E3 디지털 채널과 협력하여, GT World Challenge®의 공식인증을 받아 모든 차량, 팀, 트랙, 드라이버를 담아내었을 뿐만 아니라 인터내셔널 GT시리즈 레이싱 이벤트로 재창조된 하이퍼 리얼리즘 레이싱 시뮬레이션 게임 『아세토 코르사 컴페티치오네』의 버추얼 프리뷰 쇼케이스를 진행할 예정이다. 쇼케이스에서는 극강의 리얼리즘을 보여주는 게임플레이를 최정예 드라이버 및 프로팀 구성원들이 직접 선보일 예정이다. 또한 본 쇼케이스에서는 다양한 국가의 열정적인 레이싱 팬, 프로 드라이버, 시뮬레이션 레이서들을 e스포츠의 장으로 한데 모으고자, 프로 레이싱 조직인 SRO 모터스포츠 그룹의 주관 하에 SRO E-Sports GT Series와 GT Rivals에서 밀착 접촉을 자유롭게 허용하는 활동들을 Acura, Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Mercedes-AMG, Porsche 外 다양한 소속의 명실상부한 탑 클래스 GT3 레이서가 되어 경쟁하는 형태로 진행할 예정이다. 

본 쇼케이스의 진행은 팟캐스트 “FTW with Imad Khan”에서 호스트로 활동하는 e스포츠 및 게임분야 전문가 Imad Khan이 담당하며, SRO 모터스포츠 e스포츠 부문 대표 역을 맡고 있는 Robbie Montinola와 Anthony Comas, 스포츠카 레이싱 챔피언으로 GT Rivals에 참여하는 David Perel (Ferrari 488 GT3)과 Byran Heitkotter (No. 05 Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3), 그리고 프로 레이싱 코치 Guy Cosmo (K-PAX Racing and Bentley)가 e스포츠 인기장르로 급부상한 『아세토 코르사 컴페티치오네』에 대한 열띤 해설 및 설명을 할 예정이다.

 또한 버추얼 세션 막바지에는 『아세토 코르사 컴페티치오네』를 개발하는데 있어서 유리했던 부분과 어려움이 있었던 부분, 그리고 프로 레이싱 그룹, 드라이버, 그리고 팬들에게 선보이기 전까지 있었던 여러 가지 비화 등을 공유하기 위한 Press Q&A 세션이 마련되어 있으며 관련된 질문 및 논의가 자유롭게 이루어질 예정이다.
